Gather all the pieces from your two figures and look at the various possibilities. For this demonstration, we are going to exchange the heads and torsos to create two new figures. First snap the vinyl frames onto the legs. Place the arms into the torso. Hold the arms in place with your fingers while you slide the vinyl frame up into the torso. You will feel the vinyl frame snap into place as it engages the arms.

Replace the hair on the heads of both figures. This will make it easier to push the head back into the vinyl frame after you've assembled the bodies of the figures. Push the head firmly into the neck hole of the figure until it snaps into the vinyl frame. Congratulations! You have now reassembled your figures.

Oops! for those of you who were watching very closely, you may have noticed that we forgot the Foot Soldier's collar. Not a problem. We simply followed the disassembly process, put the collar in its proper place and then reassembled the figure.
